1. Expect police anywhere, anytime over winter school holidays

   Queensland Police Service has commenced Operation Yankee Cold Snap, their annual winter school holidays road policing operation, running from Saturday 27 June to Friday 17 July across the state.

2. Far North police continue relentless targeting of stolen vehicle offenders

   Far North police have charged 250 people with 448 unlawful use of a motor vehicle offences since 27 February as part of Operation Yankee Forge, with five teenage boys arrested after the theft of a Mazda CX-5 on 19 June.

3. Multiple break and enters investigation, South Brisbane and Logan

   Police are investigating multiple break-and-enters across Brisbane's south and Logan overnight on 26 June, with a group of masked offenders reported in the Heathwood area around 12:23am.
